115 Golden Lane

Since 1850, 115 Golden Lane has accommodated an extraordinary range of occupiers — from a button manufacturer and a clockmaker, to a school, and later accountants, solicitors, architects, film producers and AI companies.

In 2012, the building underwent a celebrated refurbishment by GROUPWORK, stripping it back to its structural essence and reinstating its material integrity - a scheme that went on to win RIBA National and London Awards, as well as the AJ Award for Best Retrofit.

More recently, CAT A+ fit-outs have been delivered alongside the introduction of air conditioning and upgraded services, ensuring the building meets contemporary occupier expectations while preserving its historic character.
